Salad:
6 c. spring salad mix
1 ½ Asian pears, cut into thin slices
¾ c. pecan halves, toasted
Asian Balsamic Vinaigrette:
½ c. olive oil
¼ c. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger root

Directions

  1. Arrange the greens, pears and pecans on 6 chilled salad plates. Set aside.
  2. Beat the vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl with a fork or whisk until blended. Makes 1-1/3 cups.
  3. Divide the Asian Balsamic Vinaigrette among the salads.
