Mixed Berry Sauce
Servings and Ingredients
|2 ½ c. Driscoll's berries (blackberries, blueberries and/or raspberries), divided|
|½ c. orange juice|
|1 tbsp. sugar|
|1 ½ tsp. cornstarch|
|½ tsp. almond extract, optional|
- Combine 2 cups berries, orange juice, sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in remaining 1/2 cup berries and almond extract, if using. Keep warm until ready to serve.
