1 (24.3-oz.) container ready to eat cheesecake filling
1 (1-lbs.) container Hy-Vee Short Cuts triple berry mix
1 (1-lbs.) container Hy-Vee Short Cuts strawberries, halved
Fresh mint, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Separate crescent rolls into 16 triangles. Arrange triangles in a 12-inch circle on a baking sheet, with edges overlapping and points meeting in the center. Press dough evenly to form a crust. 

  2. Bake 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on a wire cooling rack. 

  3. Once completely cool, spread cheesecake filling on to crescent rolls. Arrange triple berry mix and strawberries on top of cheesecake filling. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours. If desired, garnish with fresh mint.
