2 tbsp. miso
⅓ c. water
¼ c. soy oil
3 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. honey
¼ tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. fresh tarragon OR 1 tsp dried tarragon

Directions

  1. Stir miso and water together until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and whisk together until blended.
  2. Serve over salads or vegetables.
  3. ASIAN DRESSING variation: Use 1 tablespoon sesame oil instead of 1 tablespoon soy oil. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 clove minced garlic and 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger to recipe.
