    2 tbsp. water
    ½ c. Hy-Vee sour cream
    ¼ c. fresh mint, lightly packed
    1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
    Hy-Vee salt
    Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    Whole grain bread, or crackers, for serving

    Directions

    1. Place frozen peas and water in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, covered on HIGH for 2 minutes. Stir; microwave 2-1/2 minutes more or until heated through. Cool. Transfer peas to a food processor. Add sour cream, fresh mint, and lime juice. Cover and process until well-combined and nearly smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with additional thawed peas if desired. Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Serve with whole-grain bread or crackers.
