    1 small dot green gel food coloring
    3 tbsp. Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
    1 Dark Chocolate Cupcake
    1 Andes mint

    Directions

    1. Stir mint extract and food coloring into frosting. Pipe in a swirl on top of cupcake. Top with an Andes mint.
