    		1 c. Nestle chocolate chunks
    		1 ½ tsp. mint flavoring
    		green food coloring, optional

    Directions

    1. Mix together vanilla ice cream omitting vanilla; add mint flavoring and if desired, food coloring. Follow instructions on ice cream maker. Add chocolate to ice cream and blend well. Transfer ice cream to a freezer container and freeze until ready to eat.
