⅛ c. raw cashews | ||
1 ½ tbsp. cacao nibs | ||
1 tbsp. packed fresh mint leaves, minced (or 1/2 tsp mint extract) | ||
½ tsp. vanilla extract | ||
1 c. skim milk or milk alternative | ||
¼ c. coconut water | ||
Stevia, to taste |
Directions
- Blend all of the ingredients except stevia together until smooth.
- Sweeten with stevia, if desired.
