1 (12 oz) can Hy-Vee homestyle Texas style biscuits | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee pizza sauce | ||
1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and diced | ||
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced | ||
½ lbs. Italian sausage, cooked | ||
1 c. mini pepperoni | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded pizza cheese | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee shredded mild cheddar |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Evenly space biscuits on a non-stick baking sheet or spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Flatten each of the biscuits in the center, forming a crust around the perimeter, to about 4-1/2 inches in diameter. Spread pizza sauce on each flattened biscuit and top with green pepper, red pepper, Italian sausage, mini pepperoni and cheeses.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
