|1||(12 oz) can Hy-Vee homestyle Texas style biscuits|
|1 c.||Hy-Vee pizza sauce|
|1||medium green bell pepper, seeded and diced|
|1||medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced|
|½ lbs.||Italian sausage, cooked|
|1 c.||mini pepperoni|
|1 ½ c.||Hy-Vee shredded pizza cheese|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee shredded mild cheddar|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Evenly space biscuits on a non-stick baking sheet or spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Flatten each of the biscuits in the center, forming a crust around the perimeter, to about 4-1/2 inches in diameter. Spread pizza sauce on each flattened biscuit and top with green pepper, red pepper, Italian sausage, mini pepperoni and cheeses.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
