    3 tbsp.roasted unsalted pistachios, shelled and coarsely chopped
    1(8-oz.) pkg. Fromager d'Affinois cheese, rind removed and cut into 30 (½-inch each) cubes

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and top with phyllo shells.

    2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, orange zest, orange juice, and chopped pistachios. Place one cheese cube into each shell and drizzle with pistachio mixture.

    3. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve warm.
