Mini Phyllo Crab Bites

4 oz. Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee mayonnaise | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese | ||
2 tbsp. chopped green onions | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce | ||
5 oz. lump crab meat | ||
24 mini fillo shells | ||
Chopped fresh parsley |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a small bowl combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheeses, green onions and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in crab meat. Fill tart shells with crab mixture, about 1 tablespoon each. Fit tart shells into 24 ungreased mini muffin cups.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown. Top with fresh parsley.
