½ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream
1 tbsp. jarred jalapeno juice
Fresh herbs, such as thyme, optional

Directions

  1. Cut peppers in half lengthwise and seed, leaving stems attached.
  2. Mix sour cream and jalapeno juice. Scoop about 2 teaspoons into each pepper half.
  3. Top with fresh herbs if desired.
