½ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream | ||
1 tbsp. jarred jalapeno juice | ||
Fresh herbs, such as thyme, optional |
Directions
- Cut peppers in half lengthwise and seed, leaving stems attached.
- Mix sour cream and jalapeno juice. Scoop about 2 teaspoons into each pepper half.
- Top with fresh herbs if desired.
