Mini Pepper Bites
Servings and Ingredients
|5||mini sweet bell peppers|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee light sour cream|
|1 tbsp.||jarred jalapeno juice|
|Fresh herbs, such as thyme, optional|
- Cut peppers in half lengthwise and seed, leaving stems attached.
- Mix sour cream and jalapeno juice. Scoop about 2 teaspoons into each pepper half.
- Top with fresh herbs if desired.
