|1 c.||Hungry Jack complete buttermilk pancake and waffle mix|
|⅔ c.||Hy-Vee 2% milk|
|Hungry Jack pancake syrup, if desired|
|1 tbsp.||Hy-Vee raspberry preserves|
|½ c.||fresh blueberries|
|½ c.||fresh raspberries|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee mini semi-sweet chocolate chips|

Combine pancake mix and milk in a medium bowl. If desired, stir in optional mix-ins.
Fill muffin tins 2/3-full with batter. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Serve with pancake syrup, if desired.
