    1 c. Hungry Jack complete buttermilk pancake and waffle mix
    ⅔ c. Hy-Vee 2% milk
    Hungry Jack pancake syrup, if desired
    Optional Mix-Ins
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee raspberry preserves
    ½ c. fresh blueberries
    ½ c. fresh raspberries
    ½ c. Hy-Vee mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

    • Mini muffin tin
    • Medium bowl
    • Wooden toothpick

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

    2. Combine pancake mix and milk in a medium bowl. If desired, stir in optional mix-ins.

    3. Fill muffin tins 2/3-full with batter. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Serve with pancake syrup, if desired.
