    1 (3.9-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
    1 c. Hy-Vee 2% reduced-fat milk
    1 c. Guinness draught stout beer
    ¼ c. boiling water
    1 (1-oz.) envelope unflavored gelatin, about 1 tbsp.
    1 c. Bailey's original Irish cream liqueur

    Directions

    1. Whisk together chocolate pudding and milk in a medium bowl until combined; whisk in Guinness. Divide between 16 (2-oz. each) glasses. Let stand for 10 minutes. Whisk together boiling water and gelatin in another medium bowl. Whisk in Irish cream liqueur. Carefully pour mixture over set pudding mixture in each cup. Allow to set and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
