Mini Corn Dog Muffins
Servings and Ingredients
|1 packet(s)||(8.5 oz) corn muffin mix|
|2 oz.||Velveeta®, cut into 24 small cubes|
|4||Oscar Mayer Beef Franks, each cut into 6 pieces|
|½ c.||Grey Poupon Savory Honey Mustard|
- Prepare muffin batter as directed on package; spoon into greased 24 mini muffin pan cups.
- Press 1 Velveeta® cube and hot dog slice into center of each muffin cup.
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans. Serve warm with mustard.
