Dinner doesn't have to be complicated. Just cut your squash and pop it into the microwave. Top with your favorite sauce and additional veggies or microwave meatballs for a filling dinner.

Directions
Drizzle spaghetti squash with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place spaghetti squash into a glass pan, cut side down, filled with 1-inch water.
Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes, prick more holes into the spaghetti squash and microwave 5 additional minutes, or until tender. Remove squash from microwave and allow to cool slightly.
When cool enough to handle, scrape the squash strands from the cut side of the squash into a large bowl. Top with desired sauce and garnishes, and serve immediately.
