    6 oz. Hy-Vee tomato juice
    1 oz. fresh lime juice
    ½ tsp. hot sauce
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce
    6 oz. Press lime-lemongrass alcohol seltzer
    Fresh jalapeño pepper, cut into slices, for garnish, if desired
    2 lime slices, for garnish, if desired

    Directions

    1. Combine kosher salt and Tajín clásico seasoning in a shallow dish. Rub rims of 2 (16-oz.) glasses with a lime wedge; dip in salt mixture.

    2. Fill glasses half full with crushed ice. Add Hy-Vee tomato juice, lime juice, hot sauce, and soy sauce to each glass; stir. Top each with Press lime-lemongrass alcohol seltzer. 

    3. Garnish each with a fresh jalapeño pepper and lime slice, if desired.
