4 ear(s) sweet corn, shucked | ||

Directions
- Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat.
- Meanwhile, combine cotija cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro and chili powder; set aside.
- Grill corn, rotating occasionally, until cooked through and corn is charred on all sides, about 8 minutes.
- Remove corn from grill and spread with cheese mixture. Top with additional cotija and cilantro before serving.
