⅛ tsp. plus 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
¼ tsp. ground coriander, divided
1 tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cumin
½ (5-lbs.) seedless watermelon, cut into 3x1/2-inch sticks
1 mango, peeled, pitted, and cut into 3x1/2-inch sticks

Directions

  1. Combine Mexicana or sour cream, lime zest, lime juice, 1/8 teaspoon sea salt, and 1/8 teaspoon ground coriander in a small bowl. Garnish with additional lime zest, if desired. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  2. Combine chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, cumin, and 1/8 teaspoon ground coriander in a small bowl. Sprinkle over mango and watermelon sticks. Serve with lime crema for dipping.
