    1 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 (1.25-oz) pkg Hy-Vee taco seasoning
    ¾ c. water
    1 (15-oz) can Hy-Vee pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    3 c. Hy-Vee instant rice, cooked
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese
    6 (10-inch each) Hy-Vee flour tortillas
    Shredded lettuce, optional
    Diced tomatoes, optional
    Hy-Vee sour cream, optional

    Directions

    1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat.  Drain.  Add taco seasoning and water; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.  Add beans, prepared rice and cheese; stir until well blended and heated through.

    2. Divide beef and rice mixture among tortillas (about 1 rounded cup each).  Top each with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream, if desired.  Roll up burrito-style.
