1 tbsp. garlic and herb cream cheese | ||
2 (8-inch) Hy-Vee flour tortillas | ||
4 slice(s) Hy-Vee fully cooked hickory smoked bacon | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee mild salsa, divided | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded 3-cheese Mexican blend, divided |
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs. Stir in onions and cilantro.
- In a lightly greased pan over medium-high heat, scramble eggs.
- Spread cream cheese evenly over one side of each tortilla.
- Warm bacon in microwave about 10 seconds.
- On each tortilla, place 2 slices of bacon and half the scrambled eggs.
- Top with salsa and shredded cheese.
- Roll tortilla and serve.
