    3 Hy-Vee large eggs
    2 tbsp. chopped green onions
    1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tbsp. garlic and herb cream cheese
    2 (8-inch) Hy-Vee flour tortillas
    4 slice(s) Hy-Vee fully cooked hickory smoked bacon
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee mild salsa, divided
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded 3-cheese Mexican blend, divided

    Directions

    1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs. Stir in onions and cilantro.
    2. In a lightly greased pan over medium-high heat, scramble eggs.
    3. Spread cream cheese evenly over one side of each tortilla.
    4. Warm bacon in microwave about 10 seconds.
    5. On each tortilla, place 2 slices of bacon and half the scrambled eggs.
    6. Top with salsa and shredded cheese.
    7. Roll tortilla and serve.
