1 medium onion, diced | ||
½ medium red bell pepper, diced | ||
1 jalapeno pepper, diced | ||
2 oz. sliced mushrooms | ||
2 tbsp. Mrs. Dash mesquite grilling blend | ||
¾ c. tomato sauce | ||
1 12-inch original pizza crust | ||
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add ground beef and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add onion, peppers, mushrooms and Mrs. Dash mesquite grilling blend to skillet. Cook 5 more minutes on medium-high heat. Set aside to cool.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over pizza crust. Spoon meat and vegetables evenly over top of sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until crispy golden.
