1 (16 oz) bag frozen mango chunks, thawed | ||
½ c. coconut milk | ||
1 tsp. cornstarch | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee sugar | ||
½ tsp. lime juice | ||
For dipping: oranges, apples, strawberries, pound cake, optional |
Directions
- Combine mangos, coconut milk, cornstarch, sugar and lime juice in a blender; cover and process until smooth.
- Pour into a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Transfer to a fondue pot or 1-1/2-quart slow-cooker to keep warm.
- Serve with assorted dippers if desired.
