1 lbs. green beans, trimmed and cut in half on bias
1 c. halved grape tomatoes
1 small red onion, diced
1 (2.25 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced black olives
½ c. crumbled feta cheese
⅓ c. Full Circle Greek Feta Dressing

Directions

  1. Bring a large stock pot of salted water to boil; blanch beans 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and transfer beans to a bowl of ice water to stop cooking; drain well.
  2. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; toss lightly to coat.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
