Mediterranean Green Bean Salad
Servings and Ingredients
|1 lbs. green beans, trimmed and cut in half on bias|
|1 c. halved grape tomatoes|
|1 small red onion, diced|
|1 (2.25 oz) can Hy-Vee sliced black olives|
|½ c. crumbled feta cheese|
|⅓ c. Full Circle Greek Feta Dressing|
- Bring a large stock pot of salted water to boil; blanch beans 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and transfer beans to a bowl of ice water to stop cooking; drain well.
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; toss lightly to coat.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
