Servings and Ingredients
|2 tbsp.||Mrs. Dash basil garlic seasoning blend|
|3 tbsp.||plain yogurt|
|2 tsp.||olive oil|
|4||boneless, skinless chicken breasts|
- In a large bowl, combine Mrs. Dash seasoning, yogurt and olive oil.
- With a sharp knife, lightly score chicken breasts. Place in bowl with yogurt mixture and coat chicken well. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- When ready to cook, preheat grill to medium high.
- Grill chicken breast for 5 minutes on each side, or until juice runs clear when pierced.
