    1 (14-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee frozen Italian-style meatballs
    1 (22-oz.) loaf Hy-Vee Bakery Artisan sourdough bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
    ½ (26.45-oz.) bottle Gustare Vita Mediterranean pasta sauce
    1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese, divided

    • Aluminum foil
    • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray
    • Large bowl
    • Meat thermometer

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan and a large piece of aluminum foil with nonstick spray; set aside.

    2. In a large bowl, toss together frozen meatballs, bread cubes, pasta sauce, and half of the shredded cheese. Transfer meatball mixture to prepared pan and top with remaining cheese. Cover pan with prepared aluminum foil.

    3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until meatballs reach 165 degrees. Remove aluminum foil and bake 5 to 10 more minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes before serving.
