    ½ c.strawberries, chopped, plus additional for garnish
    Hy-Vee whipped cream, for serving
    Hy-Vee 100% pure maple syrup, for serving

    Directions

    1. In a 2-cup glass mason jar, mix together pancake mix, milk, egg, and vegetable oil. Stir in chopped strawberries.

    2. Microwave on 50% power for 4 to 5 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    3. Top with whipped cream, maple syrup, and additional chopped strawberries, if desired.
