    10 c. Orville Redenbacher's tender white microwave popcorn
    1 c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter
    1 c. Hy-Vee brown sugar
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda
    1 c. Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows
    1 c. Hy-Vee salted blanched peanuts

    Directions

    1. Melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar and stir until just combined, making sure not to over stir. Bring mixture to rolling boil and continue boiling for 4 minutes, undisturbed.

    2. Carefully, add vanilla and boil 1 minute more. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda; caramel will foam. 

    3. Fold caramel into popcorn. Stir in marshmallows and peanuts. Spread caramel corn on waxed paper and let cool completely.
