    2 lbs.turkey breast
    ½ c.lite soy sauce
    ½ c.vegetable oil
    ½ c.red cooking wine
    ¼ c.lemon juice
    ¼ c.minced onion
    ½ tsp.ginger
    dash(es)black pepper
    dash(es)garlic salt

    Directions

    1. Cut turkey breast into 1/2- to 3/4-inch-thick fillets. Place in a shallow dish.
    2. In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, oil, wine, lemon juice, minced onion, ginger, black pepper and garlic salt. Pour over turkey, making sure that the meat is covered. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    3. Remove turkey from marinade; discard marinade.
    4. Grill or broil turkey fillets for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
