    Directions

    1. Combine vinegar, brown sugar, and basil in a medium bowl; add peaches and lightly toss. Let stand for 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop and a sauce to form.

    2. Divide peach mixture evenly among four dishes and top each with equal amounts of yogurt and granola. Serve immediately.
