    ¼ c. Hy-Vee walnut pieces
    ⅓ c. plus 2 tbsp Hy-Vee light pancake syrup, divided
    1 tsp. butter
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon
    ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 (1 oz) pkg sugar-free, fat-free instant vanilla pudding
    1 ½ c. Cool Whip fat-free whipped topping, thawed, divided
    ½ c. Grape Nuts, divided

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl, combine walnuts, 2 tablespoons pancake syrup, butter and cinnamon. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Spread onto waxed paper; cool.
    2. Combine milk and pudding. Whisk 2 minutes or until blended. Stir in remaining 1/3 cup syrup. Stir in 1 cup whipped topping.
    3. Spoon 1 tablespoon Grape Nuts into each of four serving dishes. Top each with layers of 3 tablespoons pudding mixture and 1 tablespoon whipped topping. Repeat layers once. Top with walnuts.
