    1 ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder, divided
    ¼ tsp. kosher salt, for garnish
    Lime wedge
    1 c. fresh mango, chopped
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee ruby red grapefruit juice
    3 oz. tequila
    1 oz. agave nectar
    1 oz. fresh lime juice
    1 oz. orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
    2 fresh mango wedges, for garnish

    • Two 8-oz. cocktail glasses

    Directions

    1. Combine 1 teaspoon chili powder and salt in a shallow dish. Rub lime wedge along rims of two 8-oz. cocktail glasses and immediately dip into chili powder and salt mixture; set aside. 

    2. Combine chopped mango, grapefruit juice, tequila, agave nectar, lime juice, orange liqueur, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon chili powder. Cover and blend until smooth.

    3. Pour margaritas into prepared glasses. Garnish each glass with a fresh mango wedge, if desired.
