1 (5 oz) pkg Earthbound Farm organic spinach | ||
1 (6 oz) pkg Hy-Vee fully cooked chicken breast strips | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, drained | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee sliced almonds, toasted | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries | ||
2 tsp. sesame seeds | ||
Sesame ginger or Asian salad dressing, optional |
Directions
- Divide spinach among 4 salad plates.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken strips, mandarin oranges, almonds, cranberries and sesame seeds. Divide mixture among salad plates. Serve with salad dressing, if desired.
