    1 (5 oz) pkg Earthbound Farm organic spinach
    1 (6 oz) pkg Hy-Vee fully cooked chicken breast strips
    1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, drained
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee sliced almonds, toasted
    ½ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries
    2 tsp. sesame seeds
    Sesame ginger or Asian salad dressing, optional

    Directions

    1. Divide spinach among 4 salad plates.
    2. In a large bowl, combine chicken strips, mandarin oranges, almonds, cranberries and sesame seeds. Divide mixture among salad plates. Serve with salad dressing, if desired.
