    3 c. Dole Very Veggie salad blend
    1 c. Hy-Vee frozen peas
    ½ c. chopped celery
    1 medium green bell pepper, diced
    ½ c. bacon bits
    3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and sliced
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
    1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar

    Directions

    1. In an 8-by-8-inch glass dish, place the salad blend. Top with a layer of peas, celery, bell pepper, bacon bits and egg slices.
    2. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and granulated sugar. Spread evenly over salad.
    3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
