Make-Ahead Layered Lettuce Salad

1 c. Hy-Vee frozen peas | ||
½ c. chopped celery | ||
1 medium green bell pepper, diced | ||
½ c. bacon bits | ||
3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and sliced | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise | ||
1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar |
Directions
- In an 8-by-8-inch glass dish, place the salad blend. Top with a layer of peas, celery, bell pepper, bacon bits and egg slices.
- In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and granulated sugar. Spread evenly over salad.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
