Servings and Ingredients
|¾ c. Hy-Vee panko bread crumbs|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded sharp cheddar cheese|
|4 tbsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter, melted|
|1 (14-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee deluxe macaroni and cheese dinner|
|1 Hy-Vee large egg|
|½ c. Hy-Vee sour cream|

In a small bowl, combine panko crumbs, cheddar cheese and melted butter. Spoon 1 tablespoon into bottom of each muffin pan cup, pressing down with back of small measuring cup.
Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Stir in egg and sour cream. Spoon about 1/3 cup into each prepared muffin pan cup. Top each with remaining bread crumb mixture.
Bake 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife around edge and remove from pan.
