    1 (10 oz) pkg Hy-Vee chopped romaine leaves
    ½ tsp. chopped garlic
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    ⅛ tsp. ground mustard
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee egg substitute
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar
    4 tbsp. Hy-Vee Caesar salad croutons

    Directions

    1. Place romaine leaves in a large bowl.
    2. In a separate bowl, mix together garlic, lemon juice, mustard, oil, egg substitute, black pepper, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar.
    3. Toss romaine leaves with the dressing just before serving.
    4. Top with croutons.
