Preheat a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat (375 degrees). Cut 4 (12-inch-squared) sheets of foil. Place 1 Hy-Vee Short Cuts sweet corn cob near an edge on each sheet; roll up to cover corn. Double fold ends to seal.
Move over, loaded baked potato! There's a new grilling side in town. This Loaded Grilled Sweet Corn is topped with smoked bacon, sour cream, a Cheddar cheese blend, and fresh chives.

|1 (4-ct.) pkg. Hy-Vee Short Cuts sweet corn cob|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee salted butter, melted|
|Hy-Vee salt, to taste|
|Hy-Vee ground black pepper, to taste|
|½ c. Hy-Vee sour cream|
|½ c. Hy-Vee shredded triple Cheddar cheese blend|
|½ c. Hy-Vee sweet smoked bacon, crisp-cooked, crumbled|
|4 tsp. fresh chives, chopped|

Grill 11 to 13 minutes or until tender, turning frequently. Remove from grill. Slit open foil of each; fold back edges. Brush grilled corn cobs with butter, salt, and black pepper.
Top each with 2 tablespoons cheese, 2 tablespoons bacon, and 1 teaspoon chives.
