|4||medium Hy-Vee russet potatoes|
|½ lbs.||80%-lean ground beef|
|2 c.||chopped fresh broccoli florets|
|1 c.||Hy-Vee 2% shredded cheese|
|Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste|
- Pierce potatoes with fork. Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes, turning over once.
- Meanwhile, in a medium skillet brown ground beef; drain and set aside. Add broccoli and water to skillet, cover, and cook until tender, about 4 to 5 minutes. Drain broccoli.
- Split potatoes and top with ground beef, broccoli and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
