    4 medium Hy-Vee russet potatoes
    ½ lbs. 80%-lean ground beef
    2 c. chopped fresh broccoli florets
    1 c. water
    1 c. Hy-Vee 2% shredded cheese
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Pierce potatoes with fork. Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes, turning over once.
    2. Meanwhile, in a medium skillet brown ground beef; drain and set aside. Add broccoli and water to skillet, cover, and cook until tender, about 4 to 5 minutes. Drain broccoli.
    3. Split potatoes and top with ground beef, broccoli and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
