    Limoncello Sugar
    ¼ c. turbinado sugar
    ½ tsp. Limoncello
    Hy-Vee corn syrup
    Limoncello Martini
    2 oz. limoncello, divided
    1 oz. Row vodka
    ½ oz. triple sec
    ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
    ½ oz. simple syrup
    Lemon slices, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Make Limoncello Sugar: In a container with a fitted top, add turbinado sugar and 1/2 teaspoon limoncello. Shake vigorously until sugar resembles wet stand.

    2. Dip the rim of a martini glass in to corn syrup and then immediately into the Limoncello Sugar; set aside.

    3. Make Limoncello Martini: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, limoncello, vodka, triple sec, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake until chilled. Strain into prepared martini glass and garnish with fresh lemon slices, if desired.
