Servings and Ingredients
|1 tsp.||Hy-Vee ground cumin|
|1 tsp.||ground coriander|
|1 tbsp.||Hy-Vee lemon pepper seasoning|
|¼ tsp.||Hy-Vee salt|
|3||(6-oz. each) portions salmon fillets|
|1 tsp.||Gustare Vita olive oil|
|1 tsp.||Hy-Vee unsalted butter|
|1||lime, cut into wedges|

- Meat thermometer
- Combine cumin, coriander, lemon pepper and salt. Rub onto both sides of fish.
In a skillet, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add fish to pan and cook about 8 minutes per side until fish easily flakes with a fork (145 degrees). Squeeze lime on fish before serving.
