1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon pepper seasoning
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
3 (6-oz. each) portions salmon fillets
1 tsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
1 tsp. Hy-Vee unsalted butter
1 lime, cut into wedges

Directions

  1. Combine cumin, coriander, lemon pepper and salt. Rub onto both sides of fish.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add fish to pan and cook about 8 minutes per side until fish easily flakes with a fork (145 degrees). Squeeze lime on fish before serving.
