    1 c.Hy-Vee coconut flour
    4Hy-Vee large eggs
    ½ c.coconut oil, melted
    ½ c.Hy-Vee coconut sugar
    2 tsp.Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    ½ tsp.Hy-Vee salt
    ½ c.Hy-Vee flaked coconut
    ½ c.Hy-Vee creamy white baking chips
    ¼ c.chopped macadamia nuts
    Zest of one lime

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. In a large bowl, combine coconut flour, eggs, coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla and salt. Add coconut, chips, nuts and zest; mix to combine. Scoop by rounded tablespoons onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Flatten slightly to 1/2-inch thick. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 2 minutes before removing to cooling racks.
