Lightened-Up Crunchy Apple and Broccoli Slaw

1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||
¼ tsp. sea salt | ||

1 (12 ounce) bag broccoli slaw | ||
3 green onions, sliced | ||
1 medium apple, cored and finely chopped | ||
1 (6 ounce) package Hy-Vee dried cranberries | ||
Hy-Vee English walnuts, optional |
Directions
- In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Stir in broccoli slaw, onions, apples and cranberries. Top with walnuts, if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
