½ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice
¼ tsp. sea salt
⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper
1 (12 ounce) bag broccoli slaw
3 green onions, sliced
1 medium apple, cored and finely chopped
1 (6 ounce) package Hy-Vee dried cranberries
Hy-Vee English walnuts, optional

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in broccoli slaw, onions, apples and cranberries. Top with walnuts, if desired.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
