    1small jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced

    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee ground cumin
    2 tsp.Hy-Vee chili powder
    ¼ tsp.Hy-Vee salt
    1(1.2 lbs.) pkg. Honeysuckle White ground turkey breast
    12large butterhead lettuce leaves
    ½green bell pepper, seeded and diced
    1medium tomato, seeded and diced
    ¾ c.Hy-Vee Mexican blend 2% shredded cheese
    Fresh lime juice, optional
    Hy-Vee salsa, optional

    Directions

    1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and jalapeno pepper; cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in oregano, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Crumble in turkey and cook until no longer pink (165 degrees).

    2. Place 1/3 cup of turkey filling in the center of each lettuce leaf and top with green peppers, tomatoes, and cheese. Just before serving, sprinkle with fresh lime juice. If desired, serve with salsa.
