    3 kumquats, chopped
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
    1 (8 oz) can That's Smart pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 tbsp. lime juice
    2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    1 (7.6 oz) box frozen Gorton lemon pepper fish

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, combine orange, kumquats, jalapeno pepper, pineapple, lime juice, cilantro and sugar to make citrus salsa. Cover and refrigerate.
    2. Meanwhile, prepare fish according to package directions. Serve with citrus salsa.
