|⅓ c. freshly squeezed lemon juice|
|3 tbsp. dried oregano|
|2 tbsp. safflower oil|
|2 tbsp. honey|
|1 tbsp. grated lemon zest|
|1 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts|
- Combine lemon juice, oregano, oil, honey and lemon zest in a large bowl. Add chicken and marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade and sanitize bowl.
- Bake at 350 degrees until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
