    ¼ c. lime juice
    1 tbsp. finely shredded lemon peel
    2 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
    1 clove(s) garlic, minced
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    4 (4 oz) tuna steaks

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, lemon peel, thyme, garlic and honey.
    2. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. In a large plastic bag, combine marinade and fish. Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes, turning bag occasionally.
    3. Lightly grease grill racks. Preheat grill to medium heat.
    4. Discard marinade and grill tuna on uncovered grill for 3-5 minutes per side. If you prefer well-done, cook the tuna for an additional 2-3 minutes per side.
