    1(3-oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored Jell-O
    1 c.boiling water
    1 ½ c.Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows

    • Medium bowl
    • Whisk
    • Knife
    • Cutting board

    Directions

    1. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick spray; set aside. Whisk together Jell-O and boiling water in a medium bowl. Stir in mini marshmallows. Microwave on HIGH at 30-second intervals until marshmallows are puffed. Whisk mixture until combined and pour into prepared pan. 

    2. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set. Run a knife along edges of pan to loosen Jell-O. Starting at one edge, roll Jell-O to form a log. Place log on a cutting board and cut into 1-inch slices. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
