Lemon-Garlic Green Beans with Mushrooms
Servings and Ingredients
|1||(16 oz) bag Hy-Vee cut green beans|
|1 tsp.||Hy-Vee Select lemon-flavored olive oil|
|1 tbsp.||finely chopped garlic|
|1 ½ c.||sliced baby bella mushrooms|
|Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste|
- Simmer green beans in 1/3 cup water for 5 minutes. Drain.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and mushrooms. Cook and stir for about 5 minutes, until mushrooms are softened and golden brown.
- Add green beans to skillet. Cook and stir until beans are heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
