    1 (8 oz) pkg fat-free cream cheese
    1 (4 serving) pkg sugar-free lemon gelatin
    ½ c. Cool Whip Lite, thawed
    1 (6 single serve) pkg graham cracker crusts
    6 tbsp. spreadable fruit spread

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft.
    2. Add dry gelatin and Cool Whip Lite. Continue stirring until well blended.
    3. Evenly spread cream cheese mixture into graham cracker crusts. Spread one tablespoon spreadable fruit over top of each. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
